It is our aim at Language Services Direct to provide clients with the highest quality in-company language training and to deliver it in the most cost-effective manner.
To this end, we offer a highly personalised and flexible service, working closely with our clients to design training content and course-management procedures that fulfil their requirements.
The following aspects of our service can all be adapted in consultation with our account management team:
Once the most appropriate procedures have been agreed with each client, we then rigorously implement our service level agreements to ensure that the business objectives are met.
Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager to oversee their in-company language training programme. The account manager oversees the life cycle of every course: needs analysis, assessment, course design, monitoring, evaluation and reporting. On this basis we offer our clients a fully managed service using agreed procedures and minimising administration for our partners in Learning and Development.
