In-company language training: our approach

It is our aim at Language Services Direct to provide clients with the highest quality business language training and to deliver it in the most cost-effective manner.

To this end, we offer a highly personalised and flexible service, working closely with our clients to design training content and course-management procedures that fulfil their requirements.

The following aspects of our service can all be adapted in consultation with our account management team:

  • course set-up and design
  • monitoring of learner progress
  • course evaluations
  • management information, reporting and invoicing

Once the most appropriate procedures have been agreed with each client, we then rigorously implement our service level agreements to ensure that the business objectives are met.
