Learn Business Korean
Language Services Direct’s professional Korean lessons will be designed to match your exact requirements.
The intensity and level of training, the corporate language skills and the pace of the course will all be created in a very bespoke way according to what your learners need.
We aim to meet the specific goals you have for Korean language training in the most cost-effective manner. You will experience a personalised, flexible service that is created specifically to suit your needs.
We will have an initial conversation with you so that we can get an idea of exactly what you require, what your goals are, and to get an assessment of the ability of the learners.
Your dedicated Account Manager will be assigned and become your single point of contact for everything to do with your Korean course. They will be committed to making the process as simple as possible for you.
Your Account Manager will perform a search through our very extensive database to locate a Korean tutor that meets your needs.
We are very specific about teacher’s skills here according to your learners’ requirements. For example, if your staff were preparing to be more involved in negotiation in Korean, then that specific skill of negotiation training is what we will look for in the teacher. We would most likely also be finding a teacher that has experience in your industry.
Together with the teacher, we then craft your Korean course to your specifications, taking into account the availability of both your team and the teacher, what the teacher thinks needs to be focused on first, and your required time scale.
Our Account Manager will then communicate all of this information to you in a clear, simple, and concise manner, and arrange all the set-up procedures.
Your Account Manager will be keeping a close-eye on every aspect of your course throughout its duration. We will arrange for detailed progress reports, along with any management information that the learner’s HR or L&D department require.
We apply rigour to this not only to ensure this training is meeting your goals and producing a return on investment, but also so that the learners are completely satisfied and we are collecting any feedback on our teachers.
