To this end we offer a highly-personalised and flexible service, working in partnership with our clients to adapt both the training itself and our course management procedures to suit their business needs.
The following aspects of our service can all be adapted in consultation with our account management team:
- course set-up and design
- monitoring of learner progress
- course evaluations
- management information & reporting
Once the most appropriate procedures have been agreed with each client, we then rigorously implement our service level agreements to ensure that the business objectives are met.
